Art Club - 8+ (Purple Group)

If you are looking for kids activities in Sydney to keep the young ones entertained after school, enrol them in our Art Club!

Kids will join us each week to learn about a different types of Art.

This is a fun after school program for kids aged 8+, where they will learn the basics of drawing, painting and sculpting, exploring a variety of medium used in creating art.

This is a hands-on class where we will work with each student to build skills and confidence in an artistic direction.

Over the term students will produce unique work using the range of materials taught and used in class. They will learn how to develop their ideas to produce finished artworks which will showcase their creativity.

The aim of our classes is creative exploration. We focus on the process, not the end result. There is no right or wrong, or failure. We encourage positive development and creative confidence.

Our Art Club for kids provides a relaxed space where children can unleash their creativity and stay focused working on mindful activities.

• Wednesday 3:45 pm to 5:15 pm

We offer optional 3:00 pm pick-up from Anzac Park public school (please select at checkout)

Students not being picked up from APPS are free to arrive from 3:20 pm to hang out in the studio until the class starts. We offer some basic afternoon tea snacks till 3:45pm.

Appropriate for ages 8+ years.

- Strong focus on developing creative skills and confidence
- Afternoon tea will be provided for APPS students being picked up at 3pm from school

As most of our students arrive in school uniform, so we will have a range of smocks and aprons available, but if they have an old business shirt or large T-shirt from home to throw over their uniform that would be great.

This class series runs over a full term, at the same time every week.

This is a kids indoor activity, suitable for kids from 8 to 12 years old.
Adult accompaniment is not required.
